Good afternoon - can you help?
An item I ordered on the 3 Feb has stuck at 'Arrived at Regional Sorting Office', and has been there since the 20th February. The Tracking Number is LV429657505CN. Are you able to tell me where the parcel is, or how long it will take to ship to the UK?

Hi Michael Beecham,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Feb.21 and is in transit to UK now. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
