Arrive at the place of destination

My package UW656136181CN have tracking status "[Lisbon]Arrive at the place of destination" since 13 December , but i didn't receive it. any idea where it is?

Hello there..I have the same problem..My item's last status is "Arrival at destination/Arrival at the place of dedtination, CY", and there is no update since neither on China's or Cyprus's(my country) post tracking systems..Why is that and when should I expect an update or delivery ? In the meantime I asked my local post (Cyprus post)for information on it and they told me that, as long there in no update on their tracking system regarding the arrival of my package in Cyprus there is nothing they can do..So it's up to "you"-China Post to tell me where my package is..Thanks !

It takes more days for Cyprus Post to get it. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Thank you for answering Daisy..How many more days from your perspective ? I asked my seller to contact China Post and they told him that my package is already in Cyprus..So if it's already in Cyprus why does it take so long for it to be received by Cyprus Post ? What are the possible reasons ? Because, as you also can see in tracking, reaching Cyprus on July 9th (11 days since) and not Cyprus post receiving it isn't it a little bit weird ? Please if you are able inform me on this..Thank you !

It should be at the customs and takes more days to hand over to Cyprus. It should be got by them in this month.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it's in Portugal. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
