It seems to be a question asked by a lot of people: arrive at sorting center in destination country? Seriously???? My package UT438254354TH has been at sorting center for going on 5 months. Are you trying to tell me that my package was dropped at a country with no explanation or number or location or anything. Is that how all parcel come from China or only problem went sent with global Cainiao or whatever it is called?

Hi I ordered something online and it's been more than two to three months since I ordered it and I still haven't received it. I keep checking my package and it has been saying that it has arrived at the country sorting center, but it's been saying that for about two months doesn't anyone know how I can get in contact with the sorting facility. Also, the tracking number doesn't say what carrier has it in my country, and no explanation. I ordered from China and to the U.S so I was wondering if anyone knows what would be the carrier they use to ship their products.
It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in the US. So, you can't get more update after Nov.19. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. As it has been over four months, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.
