Arrival at the destination

Hello, I have ordered from shein on 29th June, according to information on their website it is written that shipping takes 25business days. Today is the 25th business day, however my package is not in my country, because my local customs indicated that it is not here. How long else should I wait? Will my order arrive or is it lost? I cannot find any information about that, thank you in advance!uf

You'd better contact the seller to check it for you. We don't know the tracking number.
