My package tracking RV575298958CN says "Arrival at the Destination"
Does this mean that it has arrived in another city in China or that it has already arrived in my country?

Hi Maria,

It's in the middle station now. It takes more days to reach Costa Rica. When it arrives, there will be update showing it arrives in Costa Rica. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
