I ordered a package from Pandabuy but the most recent update on the tracking page says; "Overseas import customs keep it for inspection (customs declaration form lost/not applicable)". I contacted the customer service from Pandabuy and he recommended me to contact the local carrier. Destination is the Netherlands. I would like to know why the package is not sent yet.
