Are my packages still stuck???

I have 2 packages that have been at my local sorting center for a month. I don't know how that's even possible. Where are they actually?

Packages LY882440175CN, LY890490182CN, LY892809955CN, LY909880363CN are all stuck in arived at port status. 3 of which been in the same status for 20 days.

Packages LY913118113CN and LY912004477CN are both stuck in retained at swaps bureau. Is there a huge delay with shipping currently? It seems a lot of packages are delayed for everyone.
