Are my packages lost?!

I ordered two items and they are both last tracked at Guanghzou swap bureau and have been there for 3 weeks now. Did my items just get lost there?

Hi Angela,

China Post stop updating information for them. There may be two reasons for this:
1. They are stuck there.
2. China Post doesn't provide further tracking information for it. But they move to your country now.

I suggest you wait and see. If you couldn't get them within this month,it's nor normal. Contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible then.
