Hello, I made a purchase a purchase in november 21 and the tracking number of the purchase is AQ425848990CN. When I check the status of the sending, it says it was delivered on december the 10 of 2021 but I have not received anything. Do you have any documents that it was deliverd? I need the proof of delivery in order to knwo what is going on.
