AQ420511874CN Not deliverd but status said so

HI,
Today I got an statusupdate that my package(AQ420511874CN) should be delivered on 13-12-2021. Just got the status opdate for the pist time sinds 8-12. I did not get any package. Can you track where it went wrong? or does "dult cast" means something else?
