Seeking Delivery Date
I see a lot of questions but no answers. What is up with that?
I need to prepare and have help with this heavy orders, would like to know delivery date, so I am home when delivered. Site claims to be user friendly but so far I am not finding that to be true. Can someone help?

Waiting for answers for 2 questions. Checked to see if there were answers and found both question were removed without being answers. I think it should be known that this is a terrible operation and should never order from them or any business associated with them. When they don't have an answer they just discard the question. Good luck dealing with this business that has no business sense.

Hi, I called you for a week ago and i had some questions, the person couldn't give me answers so she said that they will contact me. i explained that it is very urgent but i still haven't got any answer from them.
my questions are:
1. If I want to send a packge from China to USA that i sold through Ebay, Should i calculate the price as following: To USA: Handling fee 9RMB +0.074 (Ebay rate) x 600gr= 44RMB. totaly 53.4RMB for a parcel that weighs 600grams?
