Anyway to update package?

I tried to call but is there anyway to try to resend through China post these packages? They are idle but may have left China and are on the way to US since no update for a while. I just need to confirm they will arrive in USA and if not to re route then to USA.

Hi Sbj11,

According to the latest tracking information, they couldn't pass the customs check and were returned back to Dongguan city where the seller is located. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
