Any information on Order ?? Than just 'Foshan, return for proper investment '

Hello - can you give me an update on tracking number : LO922966130CN. It's is being sent to Dublin - Ireland. When I check - it says ' Foshan, return for proper investment ' ??? What does that mean ?? Has it left China yet ?? It is so difficult to get updated information on it !!!

It was returned back and the seller has got it on April 1. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you).

It says "Guangdong Province-Foshan city returns the proper investment-returns the proper investment" when I try to track my item.
It's tracking number Is: EV994072860CN

My order says it's been properly invested.
