Hello

I have a store at amazon and Shopify, and want to integrate my account to China Post. I want to have contract with you and also use you API.Can you please contact with me and inform me about how we can work together please ? I am selling to USA, Europe, Japan and Australia.

I sell products which are manufactured in China to Amazon.com.

1. If I ship the products through your postal service to my Amazon customers in Hong Kong, China or Australia, do you have a tracking service that is integrated with Amazon?

2. How much does it cost and how long will shipping take?

3. Also do I have to go to the post office to post, do you have any parcel pickup service?

Package says arrived but didn't (1 reply)

Hello there,
I ordered a package from Amazon it said it arrived on June 5 but there was no package at my house. Amazon had this as the shipper when I asked Amazon they told me to wait until it got there. I want to know if my package is still with china post or is lost.
