AM953680066CN - No pick up card by mail

The tracking said it is available for pickup since 9th December and the pick up card will be send via mail. I didn't got any card for now so I am not able to pick up my package and don't know in which store it was send.

In this case, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Germany. Then, use the number to check with your local post office. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
