Hello,
Apparently this shipment has been delivered November 25th, but I haven't received it. I have contacted seller who says I have to contact local post office?? There are several, so whom was this shipment handed over to? Normally it is Post Nord and then they send tracking info, but I have not received such. There must be a name or company that has received it when it apparently is delivered?

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. Also, you need to require the seller to provide you with the shipping proof from where you could see if the address they filled is the right one. We have found many seller uses china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. If the seller doesn't help you solve the problem, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
