AM550125917CN Package reported as delivered, but never received

The tracking information shows all the steps the package has made, all the way from its origin to its destination.
If --according to China Post-- it has been at all those intermediate steps, why did China Post report it had been delivered? To whom was it delivered??
Is there a delivery note?
