According to the package tracking No. AM471692243CN received from the seller, the package was delivered on August 1, 2024. Unfortunately, I have not received it at the address indicated in the order. Is it possible to specify (1) which postal institution in Estonia the package has been given for delivery; (2) what is the delivery address for the goods; (3) who is indicated as the recipient of the goods;
(4) the name of the recipient of the package.

Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?
