I have not received my package until today but tracking says it was DELIVERED on 5 August. Please help me to find my package. I've been trying to contact the seller since 5 August until today but no response. Seller is so irresponsible.

I need to know which last shipping carrier did you use in Malaysia?

Hi Myza HT,

After it arrives in Malaysia, it's shipped by Malaysia Post. You can require the seller to provide you the new tracking number in Malaysia and use the number to check with Malaysia Post.

I have tracked this item and it states it has been delivered. it has not been delivered. I have not received it. I was in all day and no delivery came on the 20th November. I have also checked my CCTV and nothing was delivered. I have checked with all my neighbours, no delivery has been received. I have paid for an order which states delivered when tracked but I have NOT received the delivery. I have contacted the seller and they said they can’t help.
