I have the same problem as other users. I made a purchase last June and according to the tracking number, the package arrived on the 30th. But that's not true, absolutely nothing has arrived and there is no way to make a claim. Correos does not know the tracking number and there is no phone number on the marketplace that I can call. Can you investigate what happened to my order? Thank you.
