AM346120731CN order was not received though said delivered

Hello, the tracking said our was delivered but we didn't receive it though we asked neighbors, checked mailbox, check the correct postal code T6M0C7 and everything but it is nowhere to be found. I contacted the seller and still waiting for response but is there anything else I can do that I should know? Thanks!

Hi Nhi Nguyen,

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform, we could only see it was elivered on May 22. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. Just write more emails to the seller to require him give you an answer.
