Hello,
It never got given to anpost because I didn't get an email saying they had received it. This is how it always works. It says it was delivered last week and it most certainly was not.

Please advise on why the system updated to say this with your carrier noted. Anpost was never sent the package.

What is the complaints process and where is my package?
