Hi this parcel is saying delivered on 4th November 2023. It doesn't say which house number it was delivered to. I have not had my parcel it was supposed to be delivered.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
