My order AM099867828CN shows delivered in Saudi Arabia Yanbu city but it didn't reached to me, neither I received as per mentioned address nor I received any call to collect shipment. Please advise from where I can collect my shipment in Saudi Arabia Yanbu city. Which is agency or corrier or postal service I should collect it. Or please share Saudi Arabia contact number to call and check my shipment.

Thank you for your reply. As the shipment received by china post and delivery some where in Yanbu it mean shipment was there. How you are saying ask back seller give another tracking number or ask back for refund. Since start of delivery china post received it and provide the details in tracking status, which means china post delivered it in work address. Why china post did not called once it arrived in Yanbu. Usually we receive phone call from carrier once it arrives in designated city they they delivery make the delivery of shipment.

It was delivered to Yanbu, MADINAH 46424 on OCtober 27. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Saudi Arabia. Then, use the number to check with Saudi Arabia post. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
