It was delivered to CASALE MONFERRATO,Biatorbágy 15033 on October 1. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Italy. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Grazie Margherita ma purtroppo dovrei sapere chi e' il corriere locale che avrebbe consegnato il pacco il 1 ottobre di domenica giorno festivo con il mio ufficio (Sede di consegna) chiuso. Mistero strano no? Attendo questa informazione per poter avviare indagine altrimenti e' impossibile risalire...
