Am I waiting for something that has not been shipped

LY936722490CN and LY941882300CN were suppose to be shipped by air (First-Class Package International Service-Small Packets) As I read the tracking response, it looks like the items were never received for shipping. No tracking past XI'AN EMS and the business has not responded to my request for status. Please help.

So my item was shipped on the 30 of May and it say it was put on the plane and left. It’s destination, Canada, has not gotten it and says they’re still waiting for it. USPS says they don’t have it either. It’s almost been 4 months and the other item in the order came faster and was shipped later. So where is this one?
