Almost 2 months with no update

My parcel has been stuck at "Received by the carrier" since the 9th of November. It is LZ447677501CN.

Do you think it has got lost?

Hi sheder,

It was received by airline on Nov.9 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Spain after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi there I ordered a package from Paint with Diamonds back in MARCH 2020, the last update I got was May 14 that it was still in shanghai, according to “shop” app. It has been almost 2 months since update, and almost 5 months total from when I purchased (when their website said allow 15-30 days!!!) and I’m really starting to worry!
