All packages stuck at “arrive at departure transit hub” for upwards to 50 days

All of the below orders are stuck at “arrive at departure transit hub” and have been from 20 days to 50 days and the delivery date constantly gets moved back so I can’t formally request a refund. I’d either want a refund or information as to how to actually receive these orders.

June 8 package has been exported and directly sealed..June 9 says arrive at departure transit hub...no more updates, should I be concerned
They are still stuck in China now. It usually takes about 30-60 days for packages delivered. You'd better wait for more days to receive them. If you couldn't receive it in two months, you'd better contact the seller to get a solution.
