Hi China Post,
Would you please kindly verify if this is a valid China Post EMS tracking number AT668574445CN ?
The AliExpress seller had provided me with this tracking number and stated it has been shipped on 25 March 2025.
Many thanks,

Hi Will,

AT668574445CN is a right China Post tracking number. But there is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it. You'd better contact the seller to confirm.

Local post said item is still in China, awaiting to be shipped by China Post (1 reply)

I bought a parcel from aliexpress, but unfortunately seller cannot be reach anymore i think she deactivate her account. But she shipped my item since March 2020, and the tracking number is LH347745190CN. I called my local post office to track that number and they said it still stuck in China, awaiting for delivery to Australia. They said something must have happened for the item to not be sent to Australia just yet. I cant contact seller and i cant call China Post from Australia. Can you please please look into this item for me with the tracking number i provided? Please get back to me.

tracking for package remains as status: A tracking number has been provided (1 reply)

Seller claims to have shipped my package (tracking #LW239379810CN), but tracking status remained as "A tracking number was provided" for several days now on the selling platform. I contacted seller, and he claims that he has contacted the logistics company (China Post) and that they told him it arrived at the airport and will update soon. It's strange, since I've tried tracking this package on the actual China post website, and there's no update, yet the seller is able to find out "where" it is. I think the seller is lying. Someone help.
