My package has been stuck "The airline departs" for 6 days now. Deaprted where? It does not take 6 days to fly to the U.S. EV979378839CN

Hi TheBeachBoy,

Airline departs on June 11. It doesn't mean it left China on that day. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
