Aliexpress package still in China

Tracking id: LZ926093525CN
Tracking shows that the package has been going back and forth sorting centers in Beijing and Shenyang and has not left the country for 20 days. How can I solve this?

Hi Rjpaxa,

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back again. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Aliexpress tracking number 91094210311903258261 on route to New Zealand from China. Aliexpress website tracking shows this as still not reached New Zealand. But seller says the package was 'refused signed' when delivered in New Zealand. This is incorrect as package was never received or seen [tracking indicates the same]. Its been 14 days since my order in AliExpress was shipped w/ Tracking#: RS021389555CN. I cannot track it online, AliExpress said it was snt through China Post Registered Air Mail, but I think it was sent through China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus since its only 300gms more or less. Can you please help me track it?
