Can you contact the seller « xiao qiqi » (On Aliexpress) for the order EV745373987CN and said him to refund me. Because after a long discussion with him, he said me that he asked to you that you have to compensate me and he was waiting for you reply !!!! I am waiting since November 2020. Can you reply to the seller ? Can you refund me ??

Hi Chatmaladroit,

If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund. China EMS only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China EMS will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.

Aliexpress tracking number 91094210311903258261 on route to New Zealand from China. Aliexpress website tracking shows this as still not reached New Zealand. I would like to know if there is any way to know where my package is.
I purchased a mouse off of AliExpress and when I go to the AliExpress tracking website it says "Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin(SG/SIN to MK/SKP)
