Ali Express parcel not received

Hi. this is my two tracking id UC540772165CN & UC 19576067CN. I cant locate this parcel. The first tracking ID was created on April 19, 2018 and the second one was created on March 19, 2018.

Hi Ali Asghar,

These two parcels couldn't be tracked when leaves the first station of China because they are ordinary packet without tracking service. No one could get to know where they are now. IF you couldn't receive them in time, better contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute with AliExpress.

I ordered on 27 November.
Website says that orders placed in the UK will be shipped from London and take 6 - 10 days. However, if you pay for Express shipping, you will receive the order in 3 - 6 days.
I paid for express shipping.
When I got notification that the order was despatched, it stated that the order was coming from China.
I followed the parcel, using the tracker.
After a few days, the tracker showed that the parcel was out for delivery at 2130 on 5 December.
When I checked the tracker on 7 December, it said the parcel was delivered at 2304 on 6 December.
I have not left the house all week, and my security cameras have not recorded anyone coming to the house. Nor have any of my neighbours received my parcel.

Can you please tell me why and where my EMS parcel is ? EB752427235CN Its a EMS Express parcel and it needs to get to me to Australia but it's stuck out there or lost i have no idea.. I don't no why it's really taking this long considering its a EMS Express parecel. Makes me feel that this isn't a real EMS because it's a very slow shipping.
When will i receive this ? Thank you.

Hi,

My order tracking number is RB023918290SG. I bought a watch from ali express on 29 October 2020. I still haven't received it (Karachi Pakistan). As per tracking details t=my parcel was sent from china to Singapore and then to Karachi. My parcel left Singapore on 6 November 2020. After that there is no information of my parcel in any tracking data.
