Airlines start shipping

Hello,
Since January 8,2021 the tracking system says "airlines start shipping". I haven't seen any update so far. Since Canada Post hasn't received anything I'm assuming the parcel is still in China. How long will it take to get it delivered. Tracking #RE171814859CN.

Hi Roberto,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after "airlines start shipping". You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi,

Can you please advise what is happening with my parcel; LZ599483061CN. It was shipped in January 2021 but it’s been stuck at Airlines Start Shipping since February 10, 2021 and before that, was going back and forth to different provinces in China. This was sent with epacket which is meant to be a quick shipment to Australia. Where is it and when can I expect to receive this?
