My package was updated to Airline shipping on 8/13 and we are now at a month since then. Is there any update or can you explain what is going on?

Hi AshleeB,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

do you have any details for the following two packages: EA481403771CN and EA481403745CN? They are stuck in "plane enter the port" for 15 days already and no update?
