Hi so my tracking number is LV696851595CN and it hasnt been updated since the 9th Feb 2023 and its only shown Airline departure twice so could someone look into it and find out whats going on and if it has left china or is ir stuck at customs please and thank you.

My shipment carrying the number: RB749735797CN is still in “airline departure” stage for more than a week. It usually arrive in the country within 2 days of airline departure from my previous experiences with China Post. Can you please look into this and let me know why it is stuck? Thanks
