Airline departure

I ordered a package a long time ago, around two months ago. On may 19 on the tracking app it said airline departs, and since then it has not updated. Im worried about the where bouts of the package as the airline departed almost a month ago. The tracking number is LS423023487CN. Please help

Hi Jose,

Airline departs on May 19. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
