Airline departure

My tracking no: RE213668139CN. It says airline departure on 15/5/21 but I’m still not received my package. Is my package lost?

Hi Jasmine,

It's not lost. Airline departs on May 15 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Ireland after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
