Airline departure

Can you check if my parcel has left China as there has been no updates on tracking CP398800575CN. There is no update since 8th may and only said airline departure since then. May i know exactly where my parcel is right now ?

Hi Vanessa,

Coronavirus is slowing down packages and goverments are closing borders which causes delays for airplanes to transport packages. It's still stuck in China now. You need to wait for more days to receive it.
