airline departure

Hi I'm wondering what is going on with my package. when I track it it says origin post is preparing shipment on the USPS side, but on the china post side it says airline departure. How long does it take to get to US from China after the airline has departed from China. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and happy parceling.

Hi 2kidsmomma65,

It takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
