Hi,
My package says airline departure since 21/3/2020 and it hasn’t updated ever since. It has been stuck at that place and it hasn’t moved. Can you please tell me what’s the update on this. The tracking is: LO886408825CN can you urge the China post to speed this up now.

Hi Dhaval,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it air departure. As it has been over three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

My tracking number is S00000222948689. The last update I received was on the 23rd of August. It has been stuck on airline departure for over 4 weeks now, but on Aliexpress it says it's still in China. I ordered this package on the 4th of August, so it's been almost 2 months now, and it has also exceeded the expected delivery dates of Sep 02 - Sep 22. It's been in transit for 7 weeks now.
