air freight times

Hi,
Just a question - I understand that there is a lot involved to get a package shipped from China, and from time of order to the time it gets on a plane it can take some time, especially with Covid, but my question is - once it's on the plane and in the air why would it take 4 weeks+ to travel to it's destination (In my case Canada) when that flight is within a day?

Hi somgun,

You usually couldn't know when it leaves China from the tracking information. Once it leaves China, it takes 3-5 days to reach Canada and passes the customs check if there is no delay.

Lost items but never got a proper response and reimbursement (0 reply)

I had a package shipped by DANNIAO from Shanghai to Suzhou on October 10. The package was received on October 11. Upon inspection by the recipient, two cans of beer were found to be missing. My friend helped me file a complaint with the logistics company, but they only reimbursed the price of the missing items. My request is for the reimbursement of the freight charge as well.

I consulted with legal experts who confirmed that when a shipped package has items missing, it qualifies for reimbursement of three times the original freight charge, in accordance with postal service regulations in China.

I had contacted 12345 multiple times but never received a proper response. I hope someone from the authority can take care of my case, or at least give me a call. Thank you.
