I have already contacted our local post office three times on different days this week, and they said they do not have this tracking number. Is there anything you can help track down this parcel?

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with UPS or USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
