Tracking for this parcel claims that the item has been "delivered" and yet the item is not here.
When I contacted customer services, I was advised to "check my mailbox" despite the order being for a 56 square feet chicken coop with run - I'm not certain how that would fit in my mailbox, if I even had a mailbox instead of a letterbox in my door.
I am now told to check my "local post office" despite having already done so and being told by Royal Mail that they are not the couriers and the tracking number is not on their system.
Please can you confirm who the courier is, before I ask the bank to reverse the payment.

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
