Hello I sent a parcel From Ghana to China to this address on the 28th August, 2017

But up till now the person hasn't recieved the parcel. I want to find out the problem why the parcel hasn't been delivered.
And if it's delivered can you please give me the delivery information or details as to who recieved the parcel? Thank you

In China, when the postman couldn't get connected with the recipient succussfully when deliver the parcel, he will leave the parcel at the express collection stations around there. There are many express collection stations that can sign for the express delivery for the people live around. But the postman will send a short message to let the recipient know and inform him go there to pick up. I think the recipient may neglect the message in Chinese. You can let him call China Post service number 11183 in China to ask where it is now.
