Hello, I ordered an item shipped by Shenzhen Huanmao Warehouse & Distribution Service Co., Ltd. tracking number AT152026522CN on November 17, 2023, order #1213. It has made it to the United States, but I need the United States Post Office tracking number the package received once it arrived at the US post office after going through customs. The zip code is wrong on the delivery address and needs to be corrected to be delivered. I do not want the package to be shipped all the way back to China. Thank you for your help. - Katie Swavy

Your website doesn't work. I typed my tracking number into the box and pressed search. It then opened a new window, asking me to copy a verification code which I did. It keeps telling me the code is wrong but its your own code!!???

I already shipped 4 orders and I realised my zip code is wrong.. Can I change it before they land in my country?
