Hi! I would like to know, where is my package (LY978038652CN)? The latest news was on 29 Jan that it's in China, but we don't see any progress in there. Please help us to find our package and predict when we receive it.

Hi Anastasia,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Feb.10 and is in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
