About my package returned from China

If I want to send back to China, where my package was now, because I really want my customers to collect this package, because it's just like I wasted my money in buying this goods. I need your advice
I didn't received my package yet, how many weeks is going to take to get USA. I couldn't track it because I have China tracking #.

Following is the tracking result for you package. What's your destination country? It shows it has arrived in Guangzhou on Dec. 14. You'd better ask your customer to contact the China post to reflect the problem. He can dial China Post hotline 11185 to ask. You should tell him the tracking number as well.

In general, if it's posted by china post air mail, you can get it within a month. If it's an ordinary mail, it need to one or two months.
