hello, for 12 days, the last status of my parcel is flight departure, how much more time will It take to come to Pakistan? tracking number : EB734894514CN

Hi Farooq,

If there is no delay, it should be reached within 15 days. But shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.

Hi, my package has been showing 'Flight Departure' or 'Cleared and awaiting international departure' for 6 weeks now. Is it lost and should I call China Post or the seller?
