It's in China now. Gulao subbranch of Heshan post office tried to deliver it to the recipient two times on Nov. 12 and Nov. 13 but seems to be failed. Could you contact the receiver and let him know about this. I think there is some problem with his phone. The postman usually contact him through phone. You'd better let him call 11185 in China to contact China Post to ask what's wrong with it.
